Raw Preview: 2/10/2014

It’s Monday again, which can only mean one thing. It’s time to get set for Monday Night Raw.

Daniel Bryan

Last week on Raw, Bryan beat Randy Orton clean in the main event. Earlier in the night, The Authority had announced that if Bryan won that match, they would have to consider him as the new “face of the WWE”. Though Bryan said on SmackDown that he has no interest in being the “face of the WWE”, WWE.com is teasing The Authority choosing Bryan over Orton. Teasing this in the right way would be great for Bryan’s current storyline. Teasing a heel turn for Bryan, before he wins the title as a face is a great addition to his title chase.

Kane attacked Daniel Bryan twice last week, once on Raw and again on SmackDown. Nothing ever happened between these two after they broke up from being Team Hell No, but now the tension between these two seems to be boiling over. This is a rivalry that has been almost a year in the making. These guys could really sustain a feud for Bryan heading into WrestleMania, whether he goes against Triple H, or in the title match against Randy Orton and Batista.

Mark Henry

The World’s Strongest Man returns this week and somebody is sure to get inducted into the Hall of Pain. Look out Zack Ryder and Sin Cara, because somebody’s taking that World’s Strongest Slam.

Randy Orton vs. John Cena

Orton has entered a five-match series against all five of his opponents in the Elimination Chamber match. Orton lost to Daniel Bryan and beat Christian so far. Tonight when he takes on Cena, he will be facing his biggest test besides Bryan. Orton’s got a lot to prove to The Authority, who are sure to be watching this match tonight.

Betty White

This legendary actress is going to be the latest celebrity to guest star on WWE’s flagship show. She’s sure not to pull any punches with the WWE locker room tonight, so we will have to see just how all that plays out.
