Where Is Brock Lesnar?

Brock 2

Hello everyone, this one is mainly for the Brock Lesnar fans out there. A week or 2 ago, I was going to express my satisfaction that the WWE had finally handled the return of Brock in the right way. What I mean by that is, Brock came back, he destroyed 2 huge men in Mark Henry and the Big Show and was demanding a title shot.

Now then, after all this I am sure many of you are wondering the same thing, where on earth have you gone Brock? The last thing we saw Lesnar saying was “Somebody hear me” after he interrupted the Tag Team Title match. Nobody is going to hear you, no matter how extremely dangerous you are if you’re not even scheduled to appear. Just disappearing for a few weeks after such a strong comeback takes just about all the sting out of the triumphant return.

If this was Brocks decision then we cannot really pin the blame on the WWE, but I for one think that if there is anything they can do to get The Beast Incarnate to Monday Night Raw more often then it should be done. Give him more money, more air time, anything! Part timer or not he brings a legitimacy to the show because at one time when he had conquered the UFC, he was genuinely ‘The Baddest Man on The Planet’ so if that’s not best for business then I don’t know what is.

I had better finish this article on a more unbiased note… With signs pointing to a Beast v Phenom Wrestlemania bout, if the streak doesn’t end thanks to an emphatic F5 or arm breaking Kimura lock , there is going to be a riot.

Do you agree with my Brock biased post? Or do you hate the fact like so many (cough, CM Punk) that the part timers get the push? Let me know in the comments section below.

I love Brock and would also like too see him more on air (RAW). He’s the only reason I bother watching RAW again. Other than that I can’t stand John Cena and Randy Orton, they both hog the spotlight. They’ve both have become very predictable and boring. How about WWE try to build more superstars and quit pushing these veterans. Probably not b/c John Cena caters to the children and moms.
People give Brock a hard time, but they seem to forget that Brock once was the face of the WWE, and that he left to attempt his dream to join the NFL. In the process leaving a $45 million dollar contract. Unlike John Cena who is a corporate monkey for the WWE. Heck, when Brock was the face of the WWE he could have buried John Cena, than no one would know his name. Though now it’s John Cena who is burying wrestlers.
Also, people believe Brock doesn’t deserve what he is being paid, b/c he didn’t pay his dues. What nonsense. Brock while in the WWE wrestled with a broken rib. He would always amaze fans with his monster athleticism. He delivered to the fans, but fans are quick to forget and criticize. I love Brock b/c he pursued his dreams and didn’t settle, he was once “the baddest man in the planet.” So yeah, more Brock please.

I am glad you agree, I think his promo’s with Paul Heyman are up there with the best in the company, when brock enters the arena the place goes silent. I also agree with you on Randy Orton and Cena, how many times are we going to watch those 2 wrestle with the same result. Like you say, Cena is the ‘poster boy’ who sells the merchandise and I get that Randy is bred to be a WWE Champion but it’s all getting a bit stale. As for the people who might think Brock is not deserving of his money or not producing the goods, I ask them to rewind to Wrestlemania against Kurt Angle and watch this huge man attempt a ridiculously difficult Shooting Star Press, nearly ending his career, all in the name of entertainment.
