The Elimination Chamber main event was a spectacular match that showcased all six men very well.
Sheamus and Cesaro started it out, being joined by Daniel Bryan, Christian, John Cena and Randy Orton, in that order.
Eliminations, in order, were Sheamus, Christian, Cesaro, Cena (thanks to The Wyatt Family’s interference), and Bryan. At one point, all six men were involved in the match before the first elimination.
Bryan hit his running knee in a sequence that looked very similar to his win over Orton on Raw a few weeks back, but Kane broke up the referee’s count. Kane got involved again which led to an RKO, but Bryan kicked out. Then again Kane slapped Bryan right into an RKO, which gave Orton the victory.
Bryan almost pulling out a victory, despite The Authority involvement, leads me to believe that Bryan may be receiving some backing from one, Vincent Kennedy McMahon upon his return to TV.
All six men came out of this match looking better than they did going in. This was a very successful match and pay-per-view.
