Mark Henry Has a Big Announcement, Plans For Alexander Rusev

– Mark Henry has mentioned on his Twitter that he has a few big announcements that will be mentioned and explained in detail in the near future.

Henry has talked in the past about his contract with World Wrestling Entertainment and it has been rumored that he would retire within the coming years. Throw in the fact that he has not done anything big in the WWE since his late 2011, early 2012 world heavyweight title run which is arguably the best thing he has done in his career. Or the fake retirement speech that fooled everyone including me which lead to a match in the summer of 2013 at the Money in the Bank PPV against John Cena for the WWE title.

– Many people backstage at Monday’s RAW were wondering why there was no mention of the late Nelson “Big Daddy V” Frazier passing away. However, this Friday on SmackDown, the show will open up with a tribute for Frazier. That is the right thing on WWE’s part to do so. Even TNA put up a graphic on last week’s edition of Impact! And he never worked for them. The bottom line is that you have to do the right thing when someone dies.

– The news making the rounds following this week’s WWE tapings is that Alexander Rusev won’t debut in the ring until right after WrestleMania XXX. Rusev participated in the 30-man Royal Rumble match this year but has not competed in a singles match on the main roster since the event.
