Two Big Names Set For Raw Next Week + SD Rating

- Last week’s Friday night Smackdown drew a final 1.98 (2.0) cable rating with 2.801 million viewers. The main event was Big Show, defeating Kane. Also, it should be noted that there was no top stars (Bryan, Cena, Orton, Batista)on the show.

Andrews Take: This was the lowest SD rating in some time, so low that it was the lowest rated smackdown  since January. the main event did not help matters, Kane and Big Show in the main event? before that match you had Dolph Ziggler and Alberto Del Rio tear the house down and that should have been your main event. I understand the storyline reasons, but if you are aiming for match quality then you have to go with Ziggler’s match.

- The Ultimate Warrior has been announced for the Minneapolis Comic Con on May 3rd.

- WWE is running a house show in Providence, Rhode Island on June 20th.

- With news, breaking earlier, “Rowdy Roddy Piper” reacted to Mr. T getting into the WWE Hall of Fame on Twitter:

When Roddy Piper heard Mr.T is going into the WWE’s Hall of Fame last night, THE EARTH STARTED SHAKING!

- There was no dark match prior to Raw tonight and here are the spoilers for this week’s WWE Superstars:

  • Natalya defeated Alicia Fox with a Sharpshooter.
  • R-Truth & Xavier Woods defeated 3MB (Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre.

Andrews Take: This edition airs this Thursday night on the WWE Network right after NXT.

- Arnold Schwarzenegger and Scooby-Doo will appear on Raw next week.
