Preview For Tonight's WWE Smackdown TV Tapings

- WWE finishes up their Texas road trip in Houston when they air Main Event on the WWE Network and then tape Smackdown from Houston Toyota center tonight. Here is what’s on tap for the show.

Preview for Main Event this week:

* The Undertaker will be appearing, the first time ever he will be on Main Event. How will he respond to Paul Heyman from last night on Raw?

* There are no matches announced for Main Event at this time.

Preview for Smackdown this week:

* John Cena vs. Luke Harper is scheduled for the main event. This was suppose to take place on last week’s edition of Raw, but was changed to Cena vs. Eric Rowan which saw Cena win.

* With Triple H destroying Daniel Bryan on Raw, what is the condition of Daniel Bryan?

* WWE is advertising Daniel Bryan for the taping, but it looks like he will not be appearing due to the injury storyline.

* Both Randy Orton and Batista are not advertised for the show.

* John Cena, The Shield, The Wyatts, Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler, Big Show, Goldust & Cody Rhodes, The Divas and Kane are advertised.

* The dark match for the live crowd is John Cena, Sheamus & Daniel Bryan vs. Bray Wyatt, Kane & Alberto Del Rio in a six man tag team match.

- The last time WWE taped Smackdown on this day was back in 2008. WWE was in Biloxi, Mississippi and the main event saw The Undertaker defeating Chavo Guerrero via submission.

- In 2006 WWE held Saturday Night’s Main Event in Detroit, Michigan with the main event seeing Shane McMahon defeating Shawn Michaels in a street fight.

- In 2003 WWE taped Smackdown in Louisville, Kentucky and the main event saw Chris Benoit defeating Shelton Benjamin.

- Back in 1989, WWF at the time did a Madison Square Garden live event which saw Jim Duggan & the Bushwhackers defeated Dino Bravo, Jacques, & Raymond Rougeau in front of 20,000 fans.
