WrestleMania XXX Preview: John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt

John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt is one of the most intriguing match-ups at this year’s Show of Shows.
The Wyatt Family ruined Cena’s chances at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber pay-per-views.
Now the past few weeks, both sides have tried playing mind games with each other. The only question is, who got to the other guy worse?
Andrew’s Take: Probably the best built up program that WWE is doing right now. You have the up and coming rising star in Bray Wyatt taking on the face of the WWE in what’s to be a match of the night candidate. Up until this point John Cena has been on the receiving end of the beat downs and mind games from the Wyatt clan. Bray Wyatt is good with the possibility & the potential of being great. If Bray Wyatt wins, then it will be a make him. If Bray Wyatt loses this will be a break for the Bray Wyatt character. Bray Wyatt needs this win more than John Cena and that’s the reason he gets the win at WrestleMania 30.
Andrew’s Prediction: Bray Wyatt wins via Sister Abigail.
Stephen’s Take: Aside from Daniel Bryan and Triple H, this program has been quite the build. I am nervous that John Cena will probably overcome all of it, but let’s face it, Bray Wyatt SHOULD and DOES NEED the win. But then again, where could Bray go after he wins? He’s not going to be up in the WWE Worldheavyweight title picture. So a loss in a way means he could get his revenge down the road is something I’ve envisioned as well.
This is probably best suited for a one off match just the way they’ve built it up, and that’s why it’s probably John Cena winning the match. But as long as Bray Wyatt can look strong afterwards, not like Damien Sandow, then a loss is fine. My heart wants Bray to win this, but I’ll go with the default answer and say John Cena picks up the win. I would even be fine with Bray getting help from the Wyatt Family to pick up the win.
Stephen’s Prediction: John Cena for the win
Mike’s Take: John Cena and Bray Wyatt have gone back and forth for about two months now. This past Monday, Cena got the upper-hand, and that’s really making me believe that Wyatt wins.
Wyatt needs this match more than Cena does, with Cena not in the main event, I don’t see this as a must-win for him. Cena could just as easily get a win over Wyatt at Extreme Rules.
Mike’s Prediciton: Bray Wyatt wins
