What Did The Ultimate Warrior Die From? Major Details

We finally have the answers on why WWE Hall of Famer The Ultimate Warrior died from last Tuesday evening.

TMZ got the news first and here is what they wrote:

The Ultimate Warrior died from a massive heart attack … this according to the medical examiner who conducted the autopsy, TMZ has learned.

Officials tell TMZ … the official cause of death for Warrrior — real name James Hellwig — was determined to be “Atherosclerotic/Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease” … aka heart disease.

Officials classified Warrior’s death as “natural” — meaning neither drugs nor alcohol were directly involved.

As we previously reported, Warrior clutched his chest outside of an Arizona hotel on April 8 while walking with his wife. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but never regained consciousness.

Warrior was 54 years old.

Andrews Take: This comes as no surprise for me. Warrior was a past steroid user, but almost every wrestling in that time was and you do not see the mass majority drop dead. It was Warriors time and with the days leading up to his death, you could tell. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Warrior was truly one of a kind and it just his time to go. RIP.

Here’s a video I did correcting Nancy Grace’s lack of research on the
death of some of the wrestlers from her list on the segment the other
night when discussing the death of the Ultimate Warrior

No, I think his death was still preventable. You don’t just drop dead at 54; even hunter-gatherers who survived animal attacks and accidents lived into their seventies or later (and still do, they’re not all gone yet).

I don’t know what Nancy Grace said and don’t care–I just know that today’s standard diet is very inflammatory and that leads to cardiovascular disease. Carbs carbs everywhere and fake fats too. Some people respond to the ill effects of that diet by going vegetarian or vegan but they have shorter lifespans too; seems like every other celeb I hear about who dropped dead of cancer or heart attacks was eating a “plant-based diet” at the time.

Paleo is the next big thing in the celeb world if they can just get away from the rabbit food crowd. I predict longer lifespans when that happens, too.
