Spoiler: World Title Match Set For Slammiversary - You Will Not Believe It!

Well, for all of you TNA haters and Eric Young haters, I have some good news for you. His title reign might just be coming to an end.

The following contains spoilers and you have been warned.

TNA taped the May 15th episode of Impact Wrestling tonight in Orlando and taped a segment with MVP coming out to reveal Eric Young’s challenger for the World Heavyweight Title at Slammiversary.

Here comes the big spoilers:

MVP called out the #1 contender, but nobody came out. He teased that we would find out who it is next week before turning heel and laying Young out. MVP told Young that he will see him at Slammiversary. Thanks to my good friends over at TNA Insider.com.

Look, I believe this is a really good way of getting the title off of Eric Young. I like EY, but not as world champion and the ratings prove that. I also like MVP, but as he is on TV right now. I have no interest in seeing him as a heel. As has been champion? Fine, whatever. However TNA has a really bad problem of this, one having someone take over TNA and the second is to have a GM turn face to heel and take over the damn company. Repeat, repeat and more repeat. I can see where this will go and we will have another take over storylines since MVP is in charge. It’s just sad that TNA makes the same mistake every single year for multiple years and are dumb founder when it does not work.
