In the past WWE’s Money in the Bank features two Money in the Bank ladder matches. With there only being one title now, there will be one ladder match with only one multi-person ladder match for a shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

This does not have anything to do with Daniel Bryan losing or keeping the title. It just lines up a possible challenger for him.

There is no clear cut winner being discussed, but the idea is to have Cesaro in it as WWE wants him to be their number three babyface. Cesaro has been set for a big singles push and will be behind John Cena and Daniel Bryan. If he wins the Money in the Bank match, it’s almost a lock that he would likely go on to successfully cash in and become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

WWE’s Money in the Bank PPV takes place on June 29.

Cesaro would be a great fit for that role, but with him being paired with Paul Heyman, might hurt him in the long run.
