WWE Smackdown Spoilers (7/4) For This Week

WWE Taped Smackdown from Newark, NJ Tuesday night and here are the spoilers:

* Seth Rollins comes out to open Smackdown. He does a promo about winning the MITB Briefcase and he says he will become WWE Champion. However, he is attacked by Dean Ambrose. Randy Orton comes out and makes the save until Roman Reigns evens the odds.

* Big E defeated Cesaro by count out.

* U.S Title Match: Sheamus (c) defeated Alberto Del Rio. Sheamus won with the Brogue Kick.

* Chris Jericho makes his Smackdown return where he cuts a promo taunting Bray Wyatt. The Miz interrupts him and ends up taking a Codebreaker for his troubles.

* AJ Lee cuts a promo about it’s good to be as Divas Champion. Paige was on commentary for the match as well. Paige defeated Eva Marie.

* Damien Sandow makes a joke of himself as he comes out dressed as “Bruce Springsteen and sings “Born In the USA.” However, nothing comes of it as Lana & Rusev come out to cut a anti America promo. This leads to Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter interrupt to a big pop. Zeb and Lana go back and forth on the mic.

* Main Event: Randy Orton vs. Dean Ambrose. Seth Rollins interferes and hits Ambrose with his briefcase causing the DQ. Orton and Rollins beat down Ambrose until Roman Reigns makes the save. Then Reigns hits Orton with a Superman punch to end SmackDown.
