Adam Cole

Age: 25

Key Strength: Ability to Sell

Signature Maneuver: Super Front-Flip Piledriver & Figure Four Leg Lock

There are WWE and TNA superstars. Then there are superstars.

Adam Cole has the potential to fall under the latter definition.

It’s all about which major company signs him first.

Cole has everything that’s expected from a great professional wrestler. He has the look, the charisma, the methodical move-set and, most important of all, the single most employable skill in the entire industry: the ability to sell.

Cole knows how to make his opponent look like absolute gold.

Whether he’s in the ring with a technician, a massive brawler or a high-flyer, Cole knows what to do and when to do it. He’ll take moves to make the opposition look strong, he’ll counter attacks in innovative ways, and he’ll always stay within the realm of reality for his offense.

Even at 5’11”, Cole can step into the ring and come off as just as much of a threat to win a match as a wrestler six inches taller than he.

Cole has recently enjoyed simultaneous stints as the world champion in Ring of Honor and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, respectively. In that time, he’s gone from one of the fastest rising faces on the independent circuit to the most effective arrogant heel since Austin Aries left for TNA.

Cole has the potential to be one of the top draws in WWE or TNA. The question is, when will he receive the opportunity to do so?
