WWE Rumors: When is Brock Lesnar Returning to TV?

More from Brock Lesnar

We have not seen Brock Lesnar since the Night of Champions pay-per-view on September 21, where he retained his WWE World Heavyweight Championship following an interference by Seth Rollins, who caused a disqualification by attacking both Lesnar and John Cena.

Since that night, we have only seen Paul Heyman on WWE TV once and we have had a very small handful of Lesnar references by the announcers. It almost feels like WWE wants the fans to forget that the former UFC star even exists. To some, this has hurt the company’s top title and made it feel like it is not important in the process.

Well, it appears that we have a set date for the Beast Incarnate to return to TV – it just won’t be for almost two more months, according to Wrestling Inc.

"Ben Woodard of Greenville, South Carolina sent word that the 2014 WWE Slammy Awards have been moved to the December 8th RAW from the Bon Secours Center in Greenville. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar will also be on that show. Here’s the announcement from the Bon Secours Center:“RAW Main Event: John Cena and Dean Ambrose vs Money in the Bank Contract Winner Seth Rollins and Kane. Plus, you’ll see WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, WWE COO Triple H…AND The Slammy Awards will take place live in Greenville!”"

December 8th is six days before the TLC PPV that takes place on the 14th. If this is the only announced date for Lesnar at the moment, we will not see him at one of the company’s “big four” PPV’s – Survivor Series. It makes the potential build-up for that card even more intriguing. Could we see Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins headline another PPV? Will something else develop after Hell in a Cell on October 26th?

Stay tuned.
