The WWE is undergoing a shakeup of superstars, and the latest episode of Raw already gave us some new storylines to look forward to in the coming months.

We knew the superstar shakeup would give Raw some big names, and a few of the additions, such as Alexa Bliss and The Miz, weren’t surprising. However, not everyone predicted that Bray Wyatt and current Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose would make the switch to the red brand. All of these moves make it easy to come up with talking points, but some of the biggest takeaways from Raw came from segments that didn’t involve a new superstar.

5. Cesaro And Sheamus Are Here To Stay

When Cesaro and Sheamus first formed as a tag team, their rockiness made many speculate that a break-up at around WrestleMania 33 would be inevitable. A more cohesive friendship, however, was teased over the months, such as when they teamed up together in a bar fight or when Sheamus tried to help Cesaro stand up to Samoa Joe.

Must Read: WWE Raw Analysis And Grades

From interrupting each other during Raw Talk segments, not holding the tag team belts together, and merely co-existing in the ring as a means of trying to out-do each other, Cesaro and Sheamus have become one of the WWE’s best bromances. In this past episode, they had their own fist-bump, they were cracking jokes that neither took as insults, and they came up with a “We are the bar” catchphrase that works better than Dolph Ziggler’s “I am the brass ring”.

Maybe this is more of a hope than a takeaway, but it looks like “Shesaro” is here to stay as a tag team. They shouldn’t defeat the Hardy Boyz at Payback, but they should eventually claim the tag team titles for a second time. I know many people would still like to see Cesaro as a successful singles competitor, but this is the best place for both him and Sheamus to be in right now. They are a cornerstone in Raw’s tag team division, especially if The New Day, Enzo and Cass, or The Club join SmackDown Live.
