R.I.P. Luna Vachon
WWE and other news sources confirmed today that one of the greatest female wrestlers of all time, Luna Vachon has passed away at the age of 48. She was living with her mother at the time of her passing after a freak fire burned down her house about a month ago.
I got the pleasure of meeting Luna at the Cauliflower Alley Club in 2009. Her in ring persona is nothing like the real woman. She was very quiet and humble as she helped her dad (Butcher Vachon) and uncle (Mad Dog Vachon) around the event.
