1. Ethan Carter III

After years of floundering in WWE developmental as Derrick Bateman, Ethan Carter III has made a name for himself as the nephew of TNA’s leading lady Dixie Carter. He’s been with the organization for less than a year, but in that time he’s made his mark on fans around the globe.

He’s only 31 and has the look that wrestling promoters search the globe for, and luckily them he also pairs it with impressive skills in the ring and an innate ability to get fans to dislike him. The charisma (a make-or-break skill for any wrestler) that he displays when delivering promos is nearly unmatched in the business.

In just 11 short months, he’s gained supreme confidence within the decision makers in TNA, as proven by their decisions to book him in programs with guys like Sting, Kurt Angle and Bully Ray, among others. His upside is virtually limitless, as he just keeps getting better with each passing day.

WWE may have the opportunity to right what could be one of their biggest personnel mistakes as an organization, and if they get that chance they can’t pass it up. Ethan Carter III has the potential to be a main-eventer for the foreseeable future, and he’s a must-have superstar for WWE should he become available.
