WWE SmackDown Review: Roman Reigns vs. Kane

Rusev & Lana Promo

Raw from two weeks ago is shown with Lana dancing with Fandango and Rusev going ballistic. USA chants start and Rusev yells at them saying “the woman wants to talk”. Lana is reading a prepared statement, asking for forgiveness for indulging in Western society, begging for forgiveness from Rusev and Russia. Rusev then takes over and rips into Cena. Rusev says he’ll make Cena quit, and plays a loop of Cena saying “I Quit”. The Russian flag drops to end the segment.

Rusev is showing more intensity since he has taken over the majority of the talking for Lana. I wish they wouldn’t break him and Lana up yet. It’s not time!

Ryback Interview

Renee Young interviews Ryback. He says he’s focused on Rollins and maybe earning himself a future title shot. He says he knows that Wyatt think’s he’s a meathead, but he’s smarter than he appears. Ryback says when he hit Wyatt with the Meathook Clothesline, he saw fear in his eyes. He ends the interview by saying he’s hungry, and chanting feed me more.

A solid interview from Ryback. He has good intensity and his passion for wrestling makes it easy for fans to get behind him.
