Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose & Randy Orton vs The Wyatt Family

Result: Reigns, Ambrose & Orton def. Wyatt Family by pinfall (Spear)

Rating: 3.4 stars out of 5 stars

Harper starts off against Roman Reigns, but quickly Reigns moves to the outside to attack Wyatt. The Wyatts are on the outside as Reigns, Ambrose, & Orton stand tall in the ring as we go to break.

Back from the break and Ambrose is squaring off with Harper. Ambrose lays down for Harper and taunts him while Harper is on the outside. Strowman gets tagged in, and Ambrose kicks him off the apron. Ambrose tries to plancha onto Strowman, but he catches Ambrose and tosses him to the ground and into the barricade.

Ambrose gets controlled by Wyatt but hits him with a rebound clothesline. He reaches for a tag but Strowman comes in and flattens Ambrose and we take another break.

Action resumes with Wyatt in control of Ambrose. Wyatt misses his senton and Ambrose gets the hot tag to Orton after sending Strowman shoulder first into the ring post. Orton hits his hangman DDT on Harper and sets up for the RKO. Wyatt distracs the ref and Strowman hits Orton into the announce table before tossing him back in. Reigns cleans house in the ring, and outside gets grabben by Strowman. Ambrose hits a suicide dive, Reigns with a Superman Punch and Ambrose jumps on Strowman’s back and chokes him out.

Back in the ring, Reigns is setting Harper up for a Superman Punch but gets attacked by Wyatt. Orton clears Wyatt out and hits Harper with an RKO. Reigns tells Wyatt this one is for him, hits Harper with a spear and pins him for the victory.

Reigns gets the mic and tells Wyatt the two of them are done at Hell in a Cell, and that Reigns will be the one to end it.

Evan’s Note: This was a lot of entertainment. The six man tag seems to be used a lot in WWE recently, but this match was a match that told an exciting story. Ambrose looks scrappy and full of resiliency as he took down Strowman, and Reigns looked like a powerhouse ending the match. Orton fits in well with these two as well. A great first match of the night.
