Dean Ambrose Interview

Renee Young (dressed as Tinkerbell, I think) interviews Dean Ambrose. Renee asks Dean if he’s going to accept Bray Wyatt’s challenge after some prompting from Dean to answer the question. Dean says he’s the resident monster fighter. Young asks if he is going to go it alone, and Ambrose says he doesn’t know. If he does, he’ll take some Wyatts down with him.

A sheet ghost tries to scare Renee, which turns out to be “Boo Dallas.” He says it will be his goal tonight to scare someone. You just have to Boo-lieve!

Dudley Boyz vs. Lucha Dragons vs. Sheamus & King Barrett vs. The Ascension

Result: Lucha Dragons win via pinfall (Salida Del Sol)

New Day comes out to be on commentary without Xavier Woods, and they actually have unicorn horns on. They say all the other tag teams don’t believe in Halloween.

In the match Sheamus starts off against Kalisto. Bubba Ray demands to be tagged in by Kalisto, who does him the honor. Bubba takes out both Barrett and then everything breaks down. The Lucha Dragons and Dudleyz clear the ring as we go to break.

Back from break and things have resumed to normal, as D-Von is in the ring against Barrett. Kalisto tries to do a move from the tp turnbuckle, but gets pulled off it by Konnor. Eventually the Ascension are tagged in and crush Kalisto with double team moves.

Kalisto gets the hot tag and takes out all the heel teams, hitting a springboard moonsault onto Viktor. Everything breaks down again the Dudleyz put Sheamus and Barrett down for the Whassup and get the Lucha Dragons to do the dives. The Dudleyz and Sheamus and Barrett all brawl to the back, leaving the Lucha Dragons and the Ascension in the ring. Kalisto hits the Solina Del Sol off of the apron into the ring for the pinfall victory.

Evan’s Note: Having two tag team feuds could be exciting and lead to smart booking if it’s done correctly. It gives the Dudleyz new opponents for a month in Sheamus and Barrett, inserts the Lucha Dragons into the tag team title picture, and comes TLC in December it can be the Lucha Dragons, Dudley Boyz and New Day in a TLC match while Barrett and Sheamus move on to their own thing. Maybe even the European Union faction that lots of people online keep fantasy booking.

Also the New Day were funny on commentary, doing their best Rich Brennan impersonations. They were a little much at times, but it was entertaining.

Dolph Ziggler vs The Miz are announced to be in a trick or treat street fight tonight.
