Dean Ambrose & Cesaro Segment

Ambrose asks Cesaro what he’s dressed as, guessing Jason Statham and James Bond since he’s in a suit. Cesaro says he’ll dress as Ambrose’s tag parter tonight and both men talk strategy about their match. Boo Dallas tries to scare Cesaro, but it didn’t quite work.

Trick or Treat Street Fight

Dolph Ziggler vs. The Miz

Result: Ziggler def. Miz via pinfall (small package).

Rating: 2.5 star sout of 5 stars (solely for the pumpkin super kick)

Dolph Ziggler dressed up as Nikki Sixx from Motley Crue for the match, so he pretty much dressed as himself. The Miz dressed as a guy you hate seeing at a party, so the Miz.

There are pumpkins lining the ring and Miz starts kicking them off the apron. Miz gets a lightsaber toy and Ziggler gets a candy-corn colored kendo stick and starts to drill Miz with it. Ziggler dunks Miz’s head in an apple bucket on the outside. Ziggler puts a pumpkin on Miz’s head and nails him with a superkick, exploding the pumpkin.

Miz gets the upperhand after pushing Ziggler into the ring steps. Ziggler’s knee is injured so Miz focuses on the knee, hitting it with a kendo stick. Miz smashes Ziggler’s knee between the ring post and a chair. Miz tries to set up the Figure Four, but Ziggler catches him in a small package for the quick pinfall.

After the match, Ziggler can’t walk because of the injury to his knee and Tyler Breeze comes out. Ziggler tries to fend off Breeze, but Breeze catches him with a kendo stick. Breeze fights through referees to keep attacking Ziggler. Breeze and Summer take selfies to end the segment.

Evan’s Note: These theme street fights usually produce one or two fun moments. This year it’s the pumpkin super kick which was really entertaining. Tyler and Summer are one of the most natural manager-superstar pairings of the last few years.
