Survivor Series (2004) – Team Orton (Randy Orton, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho and Maven) vs. Team Triple H (Triple H, Edge, Batista and Snitsky) in a 4-on-4 Survivor Series match
There was an added stipulation to whichever team won this match would be in charge of Raw for an entire month. Looking over the names, it’s funny to see Maven and Snitsky among the other – much better – wrestlers in this match.
Amazingly, Benoit and Batista were eliminated before Snitsky went nuts and got himself disqualified for hitting Maven in the head – who came to the match late, thanks to an earlier attack – with a chair. Maven was quickly pinned by Triple H and later on Jericho speared out of the match by Edge. This left Orton to take on both Edge and Triple H; it didn’t look good for Team Orton. Overall, the crowd seemed fairly bored with the match; the pops didn’t seem as loud as they should have considered most of the talent in the ring. To most fans’ surprise, the crowd woke up when Orton was able to eliminate both Edge and Triple H, continuing his rise as a main event player.

A solid middle of the pack main event that is only required to be seen for Orton’s younger days, and Snitsky getting a nasty cut above his eyebrow during his melee with Maven.
