Sasha Banks w/Team BAD vs. Becky Lynch

Result: Sasha Banks wins via pinfall

Rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars Team BAD came out first, pumped that Sasha finally has a match on Raw.

The match began with Becky Lynch getting a headlock takedown on Sasha. Sasha regrouped and did the same to Becky. She then went to work on Becky with the ground and pound, but Becky fought out.

Becky whipped Sasha into the corner; however Sasha reverse and stacked Becky on the rope, followed by the double stomp. Sasha maintained control, frequently using the ropes to her advantage. Tamina also snuck in a cheap shot on Becky when the ref wasn’t looking.

Sasha tried to trap Becky in a submission hold, but Becky escaped. Becky landed a series of uppercuts, a string of clotheslines, and a t-bone suplex. Sasha still had some fight, but Becky reversed the momentum into a Disarmer.

Team BAD would distract the ref again so that they could pull Sasha to the ropes for the break. Sasha then rolled up Becky while holding the tights. 1, 2, 3—Sasha wins.

Paige Segment After the match, Michael Cole mentioned that Sasha’s win could put her in line for a shot at the Diva’s Title. Paige interrupted via Titantron and said she was still the number one contender. Paige then cued up the footage from last night’s match and showed that Charlotte actually had her arm under the rope while locking in the Figure 8. Paige said Charlotte was as dirty of a player as her father and that their feud wasn’t over.

Eugene’s note: Hooray for pointing out the obvious illegal hold. Glad they followed up on that.
