1. Tye Dillinger

Tye Dillinger, unlike current tag team partner R-Truth, is not a ruined character. In fact, every time he’s in a match, he shows just how over with the crowd he can be. Sadly, his current jobber status on SmackDown Live has prevented the Perfect Ten from being anything beyond a joke character on the blue brand. Through a solid feud with Nakamura, though, the SmackDown creative team could start to really build on and capitalize on a fan favorite in Dillinger.

Booking Dillinger as a heel or a face isn’t too hard because his gimmick isn’t exactly rich in character. He’s the Perfect Ten, he likes the number ten, he yells it a lot, and his entire life revolves around everything being associated with the number ten.

And yet, his character is so, incredibly popular, and he almost got a shot at the main event scene while in NXT. Dillinger has potential and it’s easy to see just how much the crowd loves him, and just how much he truly connects with them. Take the 2017 Royal Rumble for example; Dillinger nearly stole the show with his appearance at, of course, number ten.

This is not hard to make easy, and you have a possible star in Tye Dillinger that you just refuse to use. So, why not throw the WWE Universe a bone, and give one of the crowd favorites a true chance to shine? He doesn’t need to bear Nakamura, at least not at SummerSlam, but the WWE can build Dillinger into a believable force who can be a midcard champion.
