WWE Raw: Results, Review, and Analysis for October 29th, 2018
Nia Jax and Ember Moon have a match tonight after Ember challenged Nia to a “friendly” match earlier in the show, due to a little contention between the too concerning the Battle Royal at Evolution.
The match is another one of those Impact examples I explained before; you’ve got a high-flier and a powerhouse who work so solidly together.
Tamina comes out from the back in the middle of the match, and it’s enough of a distraction for Nia to get one final blow before she rolls Ember up for the pin. Taminia steps up to Nia right after Nia defeats Ember, and the two have a moment of “yeah, we’re related, but you’re still my competition”.
I want these two to feud so bad. As a woman of Samoan heritage, seeing to badass Samoan ladies go head to head is as good as it gets for me.
As for the match at hand, I do wish it could have gone longer. These two women, firstly, could both really use a solid feud, Ember more significantly. Secondly, as I’ve said, these two women work well together, and this match could have blown the roof off of Charlotte if they’d given it a chance.
