3 Potential WWE Main Roster Feuds for EC3

3. Elias
One of my absolute favorite things about EC3, Ethan Carter III, however you want to phrase it, is that there was always an element of humor and entertainment that was meant to surpass what went on in the ring and just serve as some plain ole’ fun.
That is more or less exactly the purpose Elias has been serving in WWE. Whether you want to see him actually wrestling more or not (I mean, I do), Elias constantly elevates his segments through sheer entertainment factor – you’re having a good time watching him no matter what he’s doing.
Put these two together and what do you get? The potential to have one of the most entertaining, down-right hysterical feuds WWE could produce right now, that’s what.
Yeah, it’s not really a championship level feud with matches you could site as all-timers for years and years to come, but it doesn’t need to be.
This is a feud is a perfect example of a mid-card feud, where one performer uses their strengths and utilizes what the crowd loves most about them to counter another performer using those same strengths to give the crowd an enjoyable segment.
The bonus in it all, of course, is that EC3 is a very dynamic technical worker, and Elias is a straight-up brute, and if for some reason their potential promos and skits don’t work for you, the wrestling certainly will.
One final note I’ll leave you with on this one – image Elias sitting atop his stool in the middle of the ring with his guitar as he does. He promos, and then he finally goes in with one of his signature catch-phrases – “WWE stands for Walk With…” and before he gets to the E, boom, EC3’s titantron hits. This stuff writes itself; you didn’t even need me.
