WWE: Three Predictions For Lars Sullivan’s First Main Roster Feud

1. Rey Mysterio

For his entire career, Rey Mysterio has made a name for himself by going up against even the biggest and baddest of men. Rey has had clashes in the past with the likes of The Great Khali, The Big Show, and Batista never backing down from a fight.

Even if the end result didn’t go in his favor, Rey always displays his heart and will. He is a smaller man who believes he is the size of a lion. Now that Rey is back as a member of the WWE, he has only continued to give us fans amazing matches.

Rey would be a great selection to be Lars Sullivan’s first rival. Rey has the type of star power that you need to help put over the new guy. Mysterio has done so much in his career that a loss to Sullivan won’t hurt him at all. However, for Lars, this could mean a lot more his career. This could be the match that he needs to make that gap from NXT to being pushed on the main roster smoothly.

I am expecting that Lars will be pushed hard upon his arrival. Having him go over Rey will certainly get some momentum rolling in “The Freak’s” direction. Lars has shown in NXT that he is both powerful and agile in the ring. It would be a tremendous match between these two in my opinion. I believe this is the best choice because there is the much to gain for Lars and the least to lose for Mysterio.
