The Miz vs. TJP

I bet you didn’t realize how badly you needed this match until now, right? TJP has had some difficulty making a name for himself ever since winning the Cruiserweight Classic a couple years ago. Honestly, that’s not all his fault because of the time constraints on 205 Live and the abundance of superstars trying to make their name on the one-hour show. TJP could easily become one of the bigger heels in the company if only he had just a little guidance.

That’s where The Miz comes in.

The Miz was once the cocky young heel trying to fit in. He eventually found his way, held multiple championships, and turned into the star he is today. A feud between these two would give The Miz a chance to take TJP under his wing of sorts. The former Cruiserweight Champion might try to make excuses about his situation on the roster, but that would only lead to The A-Lister berating him with reasons why he shouldn’t be complaining.

Of course, The Miz is not afraid to speak his mind. Just ask Daniel Bryan, The B Team, Finn Balor and anyone else that tries to go one-on-one with the former WWE Champion on the microphone. TJP doesn’t get many chances to speak his mind, but there’s no doubt that The Miz would give the youngster an opportunity.

If this match did ever come to fruition, I’d like to see a specific stipulation that would state that if TJP was victorious, The Miz would have to take him under his wing as his protege.

TJP would show up looking to make a name for himself once again and in the end, I’d look for him to roll up The Miz and pull the tights in order to pick up the biggest win of his career, while also earning just a tad of respect from his new mentor.
