WWE Raw: Results, Review, and Grades for December 3rd
Raw begins with a ten-bell salute to the late 41st President, George H.W. Bush.
Ronda Rousey and Natalya vs. Tamina and Nia Jax
The next order of business is the tag-match between Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey and Natalya, and Nia Jax and Tamina. The hugging between Ronda and Natalya is always a little much for me; that’s probably just a personal thing.
Of course, right before the bells rings, out comes the Riott Squad, with a table in hand. As Ronda and Natalya are distracted, Tamina and Nia attack, and soon, all five women are attacking Natalya and Ronda. The attack ends with Ronda laid out in the ring and Natalya getting driven through the table.
Grade: … oh that’s it? That’s the match?
Back from commercial, Ronda and Natalya are still reeling backstage. Ronda has Natalya sit down on some equipment while she calls for help as she looks off angrily and smoldering into the distance.
Alexa Bliss, new chairwoman of the WWE Women’s Division is out in the ring next. She’s got Charly Caruso on hand at ringside again so she can call out Sasha Banks and Bayley and ask them more dumb questions.
I mean, am I watching a repeat?
Apparently, I am, as Mickie James, Alicia Fox, and Dana Brooke come flying out from the back to attack Banks and Bayley, but Bliss stops them cold and says that if they want to get their hands on Banks and Bayley, they can do it in a tag match.
Bayley and Sasha Banks vs. Mickie James and Alicia Fox w/ Dana Brooke
Alicia accidentally kicks Mickie, Mickie breaks up The Banks Statement. It’s really not a particularly exciting match, which I hate to say because I love all these women. Bayley wins with Bayley-to-Belly on Mickie James as Alexa Bliss… applauds?
Grade: I feel like I’m watching DVR.
