3.) Randy Orton Defeats Matt Hardy With A Twisted RKO

Last week on WWE Raw, Randy Orton destroyed Matt Hardy with a brutal Con-Chair-To after Hardy shamed Orton for what he did to Edge two weeks ago. As a result, the WWE booked a No Holds Barred Match for this week’s Raw between these superstars.

Evidently, Orton should win this match to gain momentum for his eventual WrestleMania match against Edge. With rumors of Matt Hardy declining WWE’s latest contract offer and joining AEW’s Dark Order, this could very well be his last match.

Hopefully, his last match will be a memorable one. A twisted RKO and the return of the punt kick should finish the match definitively and write Hardy off TV for good.

Since Matt Hardy called back to the days of his Tables, Ladders, and Chairs rivalry with Edge and Christian alongside his brother, Jeff Hardy, either Jeff Hardy or Christian could return to in-ring competition to challenge Randy Orton to a match at WWE Super ShowDown 2020. Since former two-time World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy is reportedly heading to the WWE Performance Center, he could be the more likely opponent to sufficiently build up Orton’s momentum for his dream match against Edge at WWE WrestleMania 36 in April.
