5.) AJ Styles Defeats Aleister Black

Last week on Raw, The O.C. attacked AJ Styles in the backstage area, thereby setting up a match between them for this week’s Raw. Our Kevin Parvizi already identified and explicated three reasons why Aleister Black must defeat AJ Styles, but the aftermath of WWE Super ShowDown 2020 indicates why AJ Styles should come out with the victory.

At WWE Super ShowDown 2020, The Undertaker choke-slammed Styles to win the Tuwaiq Trophy. Now that the rivalry has been sparked, Styles needs all the momentum he can possibly get before facing Undertaker at this year’s WrestleMania, and a loss to Black won’t do him any favors.

Although an inconclusive finish will most likely occur to protect both superstars and set up a rematch at WWE Elimination Chamber 2020, AJ Styles should win this match to prove that he is ready for The Undertaker. If he can end Aleister Black’s winning streak on Raw, he can end Undertaker’s career (which used to have a winning streak) at WWE WrestleMania 36.

4.) Rey Mysterio and Humberto Carillo Defeats Andrade and Angel Garza

At WWE Super ShowDown 2020, Humberto Carillo lost to Angel Garza and Rey Mysterio failed to win the Tuwaiq Trophy. It is clear that Carillo and Mysterio are losing babyface momentum, and they need a big victory in this scheduled tag team match to retrieve it.

A babyface tag victory in this high-octane tag team bout could do the trick and also set up a fatal four way United States Championship match for WWE Elimination Chamber 2020. The United States Championship needs its prestige back and such a match could turn things around for the mid card division on WWE Raw.
