Remember when John Cena defeated Bray Wyatt at WWE WrestleMania 30 to protect his legacy and the majority of the WWE fans felt Wyatt should have gone over? Clearly, Wyatt needs to redeem himself from that devastating loss by winning at this year’s WrestleMania.
As Wyatt declaimed: ‘Life is a circle. No matter what beast you make of yourself or how bright one side is, inevitably the dark side comes again. But the beauty of the circle is, round we go.’ Although Wyatt’s gimmick is eerie, no human being is so bad as to be beyond redemption.
Without this rivalry with John Cena, there would be no FireFly Funhouse because the dramatic downfall of Wyatt’s original gimmick would have never occurred. That downfall elicited Wyatt’s transformation into something more dangerous, intimidating, powerful, and indestructible.
His alter ego or doppelgänger will unleash its wrath when deemed necessary. This is the most incumbent moment for Wyatt to take advantage of a bout that is six years in the making and quite frankly the biggest match of his career.
Many naysayers say that Wyatt’s character was destroyed once he lost the Universal Championship from Goldberg? Au contraire, Wyatt’s character was already destroyed in the past…..never again.
