WWE Raw is set to take place on April 13, 2020 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT live on the USA Network with no audience in attendance. The following will preview and predict the major matches and segments that will occur on the longest weekly running episodic television show in history.

On this week’s episode of WWE Raw, there are no officially scheduled matches or scheduled segments. However, WWE Money In The Bank 2020 is coming up and there is bound to be MITB Qualifying matches on Raw, as was announced with Daniel Bryan vs. Cesaro and Naomi vs. Dana Brooke from Friday Night SmackDown.

Also, WWE Champion Drew McIntyre and Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch are scheduled to be present for this episode of Raw. Their championship matches for WWE MITB 2020 could also be potentially set up, as was announced with Braun Strowman’s potential Universal Championship match with Bray Wyatt and Bayley’s potential SmackDown Women’s Championship match with Tamina from Friday Night SmackDown.

With that being said, it’s now time to preview and predict this week’s WWE Raw. To start things off, let’s predict what will happen between Bobby Lashley and Lana after their fallout from WrestleMania 36 when Lashley lost his match to Aleister Black.

5.) Bobby Lashley and Lana Split

After Lana screwed Bobby Lashley in his match against Aleister Black at WWE WrestleMania 36, it was clear that rifts were being drawn between him and Lana. In fact, Lashley even took the initiative to tell Charly Caruso in a backstage interview on last week’s Raw that he needs to find new management or a new wife.

With Rusev absent from WWE television, the married couple of Lashley and Lana does not work as well. Instead of finding a new wife, it is more likely that Lashley will find new management to help him regain his dominance on Monday Nights. Since the ship has sailed with Lio Rush, a TNA reunion with MVP could do the trick for Lashley.

This duo would help enlighten Lashley’s attributes and capabilities so that the WWE Universe remembers how great and dominant he truly is. With the many losses and lack of great moments Lashley has picked up since returning to the WWE, it’s easy to forget what he can bring to the table and MVP would make sure everyone remembers the tools Lashley has to dominate anyone on the WWE Raw roster.

4.) Bianca Belair, Nia Jax, Asuka, and Liv Morgan Qualify for the Women’s MITB Ladder Match

Bianca Belair. Now that she finally got called up to Monday Night Raw, she should start her main roster career off hot by qualifying for the Women’s MITB Ladder Match. Considering that she never won the NXT Women’s Championship, winning the MITB Briefcase would expedite her journey to her very first women’s championship in the WWE.

Nia Jax. Now that she has returned from injury to Monday Night Raw, she should also continue her momentum by qualifying for the Women’s MITB Ladder Match. Although she has been Raw Women’s Champion before, she has never been in a MITB Ladder Match and winning the briefcase could give her a shot at breaking Becky Lynch’s face one more time.

Asuka. Now that she is out of the Women’s Tag Team Championship picture, she can refocus on her singles career by qualifying for the Women’s MITB Ladder Match. She has won all of the women’s championships in the WWE, except for the Raw Women’s Championship. Thanks to her expertise in ladder matches, winning her first MITB Ladder Match could grant her a ticket to getting her comeuppance on Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship once more.

Liv Morgan. Although she lost to Asuka on last week’s WWE Raw, she earned a huge victory against Natalya on the kickoff show of WrestleMania 36. Her performance in both matches were impressive, which clearly indicates that she is evolving into a singles superstar who can hold her own without the Riott Squad’s Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan. She needs to continue that momentum by qualifying for the Women’s MITB Ladder Match and winning the briefcase would also expedite her journey to her very first women’s championship in the WWE.

3.) Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, AJ Styles, and Aleister Black Qualify for the Men’s MITB Ladder Match

Kevin Owens. Now that he vanquished Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 36, he can now focus on bigger and better things, such as getting back into the championship picture. A great way to do that is by qualifying for the Men’s MITB Ladder Match. Thanks to his immense Ladder Match experience, winning the MITB Ladder Match would be a great next step for Kevin Owens after defeating Beast Slayer #1 and could lead him into cashing in on Beast Slayer #2 for the WWE Championship that has eluded his career for far too long.

Randy Orton. Although he did not defeat Edge at WrestleMania 36, he did a spectacular job at building up the storyline and executing the match. Hopefully, his rivalry with Edge is over and he can now refocus on obtaining championship gold. Orton did not win any championships in 2019, so qualifying for the Men’s MITB Ladder Match and winning the ladder match could reinsert him back into the world championship picture, where he belongs.

AJ Styles. Although he did not defeat The Undertaker at WrestleMania 36, he still stole the show with The Phenom in what was a very memorable Boneyard Match. Maybe it’s time to call AJ Styles Mr. WrestleMania or Mr. MITB. Styles should use his momentum from his very best work in his WWE career to rise from the dead and qualify for the Men’s MITB Ladder Match. Before battling The Undertaker, Styles was relegated to the mid card, so a MITB victory could advance him back to the main event scene with another main card championship under his belt.

Aleister Black. After defeating Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 36 and running through almost half the Raw roster, the former NXT Champion should be ready for a championship on the main roster by now. Since he has not received any championship opportunities since joining the main roster, maybe he needs to take matters into his own hands by qualifying for the Men’s MITB Ladder Match and possibly winning it to earn his first main roster championship.

2.) Shayna Baszler Challenges Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship at WWE MITB 2020

Agony and defeat. Thanks to Becky Lynch’s fluky pin-fall victory at WrestleMania 36 against Shayna Baszler, it is quite evident that their rivalry is far from over. As Baszler said, this is so much more than just the title and revenge is afoot.

Baszler should get a rematch for the Raw Women’s Championship against Becky Lynch at WWE MITB 2020. She already defeated the entire WWE Raw Women’s locker room at WWE Elimination Chamber 2020, so it does not make much sense for any one of them to be in front of Baszler for a championship opportunity.

1.) Seth Rollins Challenges Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship At WWE MITB 2020

Remembrance. Remember when Seth Rollins slayed the Beast at WrestleMania 35 to win the Universal Championship. Drew McIntyre did the same by slaying the Beast at WrestleMania 36 to win the WWE Championship. Who did it better?

There’s only one way to find out: Beast Slayer #1 vs. Beast Slayer #2 for the WWE Championship at WWE MITB 2020. Not only would The Clash of the BeastSlayers be a neat headline but this match would further solidify Drew McIntyre’s status as the top guy on WWE Raw.

Although Rollins lost to Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 36, he is still one of the BeastSlayers and will continue to consider himself better than McIntyre until McIntyre shuts him up in a match. With Rollins’ new mood taking precedence as of late and his rivalry with Kevin Owens being finished, targeting Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship could very well be his next step.
