Bayley and Sasha Banks

My major reservation when compiling this list was, “do I place Bayley and Sasha Banks on their own, or do I place them side-by-side in this article?” As you can tell, I decide to place them together, as I believe this accolade is truly a team effort.

I love heel Bayley and Sasha together and the continued tease of a potential feud between these two (without ripping the bandage off too soon). It’s just a fun watch.

Friends or foes, The Boss and Bayley have always had incredible chemistry together and have knocked it out of the park so far in 2020. From their collective alliance against Lacey Evans during Royal Rumble season to Sasha continually saving Bayley when it comes to title defenses, the two winning the Women’s Tag Titles for the second time, major representation on SmackDown, and defending their championships on NXT.

Simply put, they have been workhorses throughout the year, and especially during the pandemic when every superstar has had to push their performance level a few notches, thanks to crowd-less events. They’ve brought and set a bar.

With that said, can they continue this MVP status for the rest of the year? I think so, especially if they finally dive into the main roster rivalry that the WWE Universe has been wanting for years now.
