Randy Orton: Roman Reigns vs. Undertaker Should Main Event WrestleMania 33

Randy Orton doesn’t think either World title match should close WrestleMania 33, as he wants one of WWE’s greatest Superstars in that spot for his one-on-one.

Randy Orton could be in the main event of WrestleMania 33. He’s challenging Bray Wyatt for the WWE Championship, a belt that has been built up as the “top prize” over the Universal Title. WWE did say this is closing the show before, but has since backed off this notion for the past month.

What could main event WrestleMania 33 is Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg for the Universal Championship. However, WWE hasn’t confirmed if it will just four days before the show.

Well, in a recent interview with Yahoo Sports!, Orton doesn’t think either of those should headline. Instead, he wants Roman Reigns vs. The Undertaker receiving that spotlight.

"“‘Taker is going to face Roman Reigns and that’s going to be a good one. I honestly believe that should be the last match on the card, I think that everybody will be happy with the outcome of the match. I expect the Undertaker to throw Roman Reigns around like a rag doll. Roman Reigns is going to get his, but at the same time, this is the Undertaker we’re talking about.”"

Orton went on to talk about Undertaker’s potential retirement, saying he hopes this isn’t the end of him. This comes after speculation surrounding his health status.

If the Dead Man’s last match is on Sunday, then it’s not crazy to think he’ll close the show. It lets him get one last standing ovation, creating a moment that won’t be topped for the rest of the show.

We probably won’t know what the WrestleMania 33 main event is until everything before the last match goes on. It might very well be Lesnar vs. Goldberg, but if it’s Undertaker vs. Reigns, will people complain?
