Randy Orton spoke first, and he begged Triple H to take the gloves off and let them take down his former “boys.” Triple H grabbed the mic and accepted The Shield’s challenge for Payback. He said they are going to do what they do best, pick apart each member of The Shield. He promised that Reigns would get it the worst of any of them, and that he won’t come back from Payback. Triple H was about to deliver his big closing line, but Rollins led The Shield’s attack as they cleared the ring. Batista then took a mic halfway up the ramp and challenged Reigns to a match for later tonight.
After two dominant performances by The Shield, they are in for some payback later tonight. Does Evolution get a fourth member tonight? Sheamus?
