Raw Review: John Cena vs. Luke Harper

Ziggler talked about doing what he does better than anybody else, which is show off. He started to say more, but Henry walked onto the screen and the two stared at each other until Henry left with a smile.

The crowd was very much behind Ziggler, but it didn’t help. Ziggler hit the Zig Zag, but couldn’t pin Henry before the clock struck zero. This match had both competitors way too focused on the clock. In the future, Beat The Clock matches should probably be longer, these guys have to do too much and be too precise for only 4-5 minutes.

Adam Rose and Zeb Colter in-ring w/ Renee Young

Rose came out for an interview with Renee. The crowd was very into Rose as he talked about Zeb and Jack Swagger being lemons, and needing to have more fun. He then set the bunny up to do some break dancing, and they were interrupted by Zeb and Swagger.

Zeb then came out to talk about the immigration problem in the US, made evident by the fact that Rose got in. He then said that the two of them should settle things in the ring as he took off his iconic vest. As Rose tried to tell Zeb he wouldn’t fight him, Swagger came running in and hit Rose with a cheap shot. Swagger then tried to intimidate the Exotic Express, allowing Rose to recover and clear Swagger out of the ring. Not sure how well the dynamic works between these sides, but Swagger’s pretty good in the ring, and these two should have a good match together, presumably at Payback.
