As we reported all day on Monday, many people had issues with Money in the Bank. Streaming issues on WWE Network, and poorly booked endings to the two ladder matches left a sour taste in the Universe’s mouths.
So what did WWE do? Well, they announced a huge main event for Battleground, and they brought back two former champions and huge crowd favorites. One of which was involved in a segment that kicked off a major feud, the other got revenge in a match that should signify a double-turn that came completely out of nowhere.
