Zeb started off by threatening Lana after she slapped him on Raw. Zeb ran down Lana, and Russia, as he called Lana and Rusev “visitors”. Zeb said that Swagger would be “Crush-proof” at Battleground. After the loud “We the People” involving the crowd, Lana and Rusev came out.

Lana called them “stupid Americans” and promised that Rusev would beat Swagger at Battleground.

I’m a Swagger fan, but I thought he was done. I’m not a Rusev fan, and I thought his gimmick wouldn’t work. This might be the second-hottest feud they have going right now, behind Dean Ambrose-Seth Rollins. Most credit goes to Zeb and Lana, but I think Swagger and Rusev are going to deliver in the ring on Sunday.
