Alberto Del Rio vs. Dolph Ziggler
Before the match, The Miz was on commentary. He shook hands with Michael Cole and JBL, then complimented them as he immediately Purell’d his hands.
A lot of back-and-forth early on between ADR and Ziggler.
As Ziggler got the advantage late, Miz stood on the commentary table, grabbed a mic, then began to thank people for his success in winning the Intercontinental Championship. This distracted Ziggler enough to get rolled up, but he kicked out. Miz then began to thank Ziggler for not being as good as him, since this allowed Miz to capture the title.
Ziggler attacked Miz, but Miz escaped. Ziggler climbed back in the ring and got trapped in the Cross Arm Breaker.
Del Rio defeats Ziggler via submission.
3 out of 5 stars – Good match between the guys in the ring. Excellent work by Miz outside of it.
