Roman Reigns vs. The Miz

These two were together earlier in the night on Miz TV, resulting in Reigns hitting Miz’s “Moneymaker.”

The former Shield member would immediately target Miz’s face, only to run away and eventually complain outside the ring about being hit there.

They play a little game of cat and mouse, only for Miz to be caught and thrown into the barricade twice. He would then gain some momentum and put Reigns down for a few moments, followed by a Figure Four Leg Lock.

Following the move, Reigns would begin to take over and throw some of his usual power moves. As he was about to go for The Superman Punch, Miz would run away out of the ring, only for Dolph Ziggler to distract Miz. Reigns would hit the punch and then spear him inside the ring for the win to close the show.

Roman Reigns wins via pin-fall.

3.0 out of 5 stars – Not bad for the 8 minutes or so they had to work with. The Intercontinental title match was put over to end the show, which was nice. I was a little surprised that Randy Orton didn’t appear.
