1) Brock Lesnar

Previously: 2nd (+1)

Brock Lesnar laid out a whooping on WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena like we have never seen before. That has never happened to Cena and has never happened to any previous champion.

WWE perfectly booked that match to ride the momentum that The Beast Incarnate has carried since Wrestlemania XXX. Anything that Cena threw at him was easily shrugged off. He even mocked The Undertaker’s sit-up motion after being hit. The man was practically indestructible! Sixteen suplexes and two F-5’s, one of which came minutes into the match.

Lesnar is not scheduled to be on WWE programming until September 15th, which is the go home edition of Raw before Night of Champions. That could change as WWE reveals more scheduled dates for their Superstars over the next few weeks. He’ll likely lock horns again with Cena in a month. If not, who will step forward?
