John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt
Cena came out and delivered an immediate clothesline to Bray. As Bray recovered, Cena screamed at him to “stay down”.
Cena then delivered a German suplex, as the announcers hyped it being an “obvious message” to Brock Lesnar.
Bray started to get into it, but Cena knocked him right back down, and Luke Harper and Erick Rowan ran in to cause the DQ.
After the match, with The Wyatt Family attacking, Mark Henry and Big Show ran down to make the save.
John Cena, Mark Henry and Big Show vs. The Wyatt Family
Henry and Show did all the heavy-lifting in this one. They got some offense on The Wyatt Family, but mostly sold, as the Wyatts made frequent tags, and kept both big men in their corner.
Cena finally got the hot tag, and he was absolutely dominant again. He locked in a snug STF on Harper and made him tap out.
Cena, Henry and Big Show defeat The Wyatt Family via submission.
Before Cena could even celebrate, Rowan went to attack him, but Cena hit him with an AA. Henry and Show threw Bray back in the ring, and Cena delivered another AA, before delivering a final one to Harper, as he celebrated to close the show.
This whole segment delivered. Cena didn’t need to look strong, he needed to look near-invincible, and that’s exactly how he looked. Great job by all.
