Number 2. Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins prepare for Night of Champions

Another questionable decision from Monday came in the form of having Night of Champions opponents, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins compete in the main event of the evening. No outside interference, no cheap win, just a clean match, in which Reigns picked up the victory. While the decision may not make much sense now, WWE must have something up their sleeve for the ‘rematch’ at Night of Champions.

Questionable decision making aside, this was a brilliant match. Reigns and Rollins obviously know each other better then anyone, after holding the WWE Tag Team Championship for a majority of last year, and it showed in their match on Monday. Rollins was spectacular in this match, countering some of Reigns’ signature moves, while delivering some of his own. Reigns showed his power and dominance by almost tearing Rollins in half with a spear.

After their great match on Monday, Rollins interfered in Reigns’ battle with Rusev on Friday Night SmackDown. This lead to the two men brawling all over the arena, from the announcer’s table to the crowd, the two couldn’t get enough of each other. The build-up and hype for this match has been great and the show Reigns and Rollins put on this week was excellent.
