Survivor Series and the Undertaker will always have a spiritual connection. This was the event in which the Phenom began his legendary career in 1990, decimating the entirety of the opposing team and setting out a legacy that no other superstar can touch. WrestleMania might be considered his yard due to the length of his unbeaten run on the Grand Stage, but Survivor Series also has a huge place in the career of the Undertaker. Casket matches, First Blood, Buried Alive, Hell in a Cell – a number of matches bound to the Undertaker took place on this PPV, and as such has become an event firmly connected to the eerie and supernatural aspect of his character.
With such remarkable and unique matches taking place at Survivor Series with his involvement, it is easy to overlook his record in elimination matches as secondary. To a point that is true, as with his part-time schedule it is unlikely he will ever add another one to his last appearance in 2001. But, there is no denying that he has an 100% record, and his legendary figure would certainly be a means of intimidating his opponents. Add to that the ease in which he has eliminated opponents and decimated foes throughout the years, and the Undertaker is a member that one would overlook at their peril.
