Team Authority and Ryback promo
Triple H started by talking about the stipulation for Survivor Series, brought on by Vince McMahon. He talked about the decisive end that could bring to their reign over WWE.
Triple H said that when Vince was in charge, he was an evil, hated man, but now he is beloved by the crowd every time he comes out. He said that the WWE Universe needs The Authority.
Stephanie talked about tonight. She said that Team Cena will be decimated by the end of the night, and that they will completely pick them apart and make sure that nobody wants to sign their name next to John Cena when it’s time for the contract signing.
Stephanie would go on to introduce each member of Team Authority standing behind her, as she started with Seth Rollins, and finished with the newest addition, Luke Harper.
Stephanie started to talk about Ryback, when “The Big Guy” decided to interrupt.
Ryback came out with the intention of reiterating his allegiance to himself and nobody else, but The Authority took the opportunity to make sure that it stayed that way. After making Kane apologize for interfering last Monday, they showed footage from Ryback’s heel run last year, which had plenty of Cena mocking Ryback.
Ryback would walk off without incident, as Triple H applauded him for staying neutral, but said that it was time for the decimation to start. He would then call out Dolph Ziggler for his match with Harper.
This was a pretty good promo to start the night, but the rest of the night will have an impact on how effective this promo was.
