Alicia Fox vs. Naomi
Naomi got some early offense in this one, as she looked very good against Fox.
Fox got her offense going a bit, but quickly became frustrated when she couldn’t put Naomi away.
Naomi worked her way back into the match, and the two had a really good back-and-forth, showing off their impressive athleticism.
In the end, Naomi charged at Fox in the corner, and Fox jumped up and did a split on the top rope, in an attempt to avoid her, but Naomi countered that with an enziguri. With Fox laid out on the mat in the corner, Naomi jumped up and hit a split-legged moonsault for the win.
Naomi defeats Fox via pinfall.
After the match, The Miz was shown watching the match on a monitor, celebrating Naomi’s win.
2.75 out of 5 stars – Naomi is so athletic, but she always tends to make a big mistake in a big moment of a match. If any Diva is fluid enough in the ring to prevent Naomi from making that mistake, it is Fox. I’d love to see them go at it on pay-per-view.
Naomi and Jimmy Uso backsgage
Jimmy celebrated Naomi’s win, saying she’s on a roll. Naomi said he better continue that roll by kicking Miz’s “Moneymaker” off. They then did their secret handshake, which is cooler than I ever hope to be, and Naomi led him in the “Uce/Oh” chant.
So, they appear to be back on the same page on the situation with Miz. It’s not a bad angle, but it is a little tough to follow.
