Seth Rollins and Big Show vs. Dolph Ziggler and Roman Reigns

Ziggler and Rollins started off the match, trading holds and fighting for control. Ziggler was able to get Rollins into his corner, tagging in Reigns, but Rollins was able to shake free of Ziggler’s grip, and he tagged out to Show.

Reigns had a little offense, but he was overpowered by Show, before Rollins tagged in. Rollins tried to take advantage of a weakened Reigns,  but failed, and ended up on the receiving end of offense from Reigns and Ziggler.

Ziggler fought Rollins off, as Rollins tried to get Ziggler in his corner, but a distraction from J & J Security allowed Show to grab Ziggler by the hair, and him and Rollins took over the match.

With Show in control, Ziggler got his boots up, as Show charged at him in the corner, then followed up with a Fameasser. With Ziggler struggling to get to Reigns in the corner, Rollins tagged in and threw Ziggler in the corner, but Ziggler got out of the way of an attack from Rollins, and he successfully made the hot tag.

With Reigns looking for a Superman Punch, J & J got involved again, and the distraction helped Rollins get back on offense, but he couldn’t put Reigns away, and it wasn’t long before Reigns reestablished control.

Reigns appeared to be looking for a Samoan drop, but Rollins fought it off and pushed him right into a chokeslam attempt from Show. Reigns countered that, and Show walked right into a superkick from Ziggler, then a spear from Reigns. Rollins dumped Reigns and Ziggler out of the ring, then distracted the referee for an attack from J & J on Reigns. Rollins followed with a suicide dive, then was distracted by Ziggler, which helped Reigns spear Rollins for the win.

Reigns and Ziggler defeat Rollins and Show via pinfall.

2.75 out of 5 stars – From an entertainment standpoint, this was a pretty good match.

From storyline, it just didn’t make much sense. Reigns wasn’t put over as strong as he probably should have been. In fact, I could argue that Ziggler looked stronger. Also, Reigns pinned Rollins, which now means that if we ever see Reigns and Rollins have a match to blow off The Shield storyline, it’s less interesting because he’s already pinned him.
