Ryback vs. Big Show

The big men did some early brawling, with Ryback gaining a lot of momentum. Ryback went for an early Meathook Clothesline, but Show rolled out of the ring.

When SmackDown returned from commercial, Show was in complete control.

Ryback tried to battle back into the match many times, but Show kept shutting him down. Ryback was finally able to counter a chokeslam, and had Show setup for a Meathook Clothesline, but Rusev came out and caused a distraction. Ryback went to the apron to confront Rusev, but Rusev halted his trip down the ramp. As Ryback was ready to climb back in the ring, Show hit a KO Punch, and Ryback fell to the floor, and was eventually counted out.

Show defeats Ryback via countout.

After the match, Rusev went to lock in The Accolade on Ryback, but Ryback powered out of it, and cleared Rusev from the ring.

1.75 out of 5 stars – Why do they insist on putting Ryback in slow matches? Especially when he’s set to lose those matches.

Edge, Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury backstage

Edge was standing in the hallway, and J & J walked up and asked where Christian was. Edge said he was taking care of business in the bathroom, and Noble went in.

Edge and Mercury stood outside, and were confused when they heard a girlish scream. Noble looked angry as he came running out, and Edge moved to reveal the sign stating that was the women’s bathroom, and said that Christian was in the men’s room.

What took them so long to put J & J in this role? They’re great at it.
