The Ascension vs. two local wrestlers
One of the guys looked like Rhett Titus.
It didn’t really matter who was in the ring though, because they dominated Titus (possibly just a Titus look-alike), then they forced him to tag out, so they could dominate his partner and hit him with Fall of Man.
The Ascension defeat the local wrestler via pinfall.
This is exactly what they did on NXT, but it felt different since it was in front of a new audience. I like this way of introducing them.
Edge, Christian, Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury backstage
Edge and Christian were standing in their office, but J & J came in and told them they had to set the office up for The Authority. They took down the Cutting Edge sign, as well as the Canadian flag, replacing them with the latest Triple H DVD cover, and the recent Muscle and Fitness magazine cover.
They then asked Edge and Christian to see themselves out, which, of course, they did not do.
Edge asked Christian if they were thinking the same thing. Christian said they were, then asked what Edge was thinking. Edge pulled out some markers, and they started defacing the Muscle and Fitness cover. The highlights of said defacing was Edge mocking Triple H by drawing him as a king, with a huge mask to cover his nose and an “I (heart) HBK” tattoo; also, Christian crossing out the word “Couple,” replacing it with the word “Tools,” to make the magazine say “WWE’s Ultimate Power Tools.”
