No. 4: The Phenom makes it 16-0

One of the things that made The Undertaker‘s WrestleMania winning streak so memorable was the plethora of “close calls”. From Randy Orton‘s Chokeslam escape into an RKO from WrestleMania 21, to Triple H‘s Tombstone Piledriver at WrestleMania XXVII, The Deadman cheated death on more than occasion.

At WrestleMania XXIV, one of The Phenom’s closest calls came in the main event against World Heavyweight Champion Edge. In a 24-minute classic, The Undertaker left WrestleMania for the second-straight year with the World Heavyweight Championship after locking Edge into the Hell’s Gate submission hold.

The Deadman survived Edge‘s backup plan of Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder interfering in the match, along with Edge spearing him on a couple different occasions to win his second world title at WrestleMania in a row.
